📦 Delivery
Each order is prepared and entrusted to the carrier within 24 to 48 working hours. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves.

↩️ Returns & exchanges — 30 days, free
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind, size or color. The procedure:
- Write to us via the page Contact (subject “Return or exchange”) with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop off the package at the post office or relay point.
- Refund within 5 working days after receipt, or exchange shipped immediately.
Terms : the product must be returned clean, unwashed and not worn beyond fitting. Battery and accessories must be included in the return.

❓ A lost or damaged package?
This rarely happens, but we never leave you in the lurch: contact us within 7 days after the scheduled delivery date, we will relaunch the 1st carrier investigation and we will reship your product to you (or refund you) without waiting for the end of the 2nd investigation.
