Thin and discreet heating elements are integrated where the body loses the most heat: back and stomach for the vest, neck for the scarf, hands for the gloves and hand warmer, shoulders and knees for the shawl. Powered by a USB battery, they diffuse gentle and constant heat in less than 30 seconds.

Each accessory offers 3 levels, from mild (cool interior, teleworking) to 0⟧intense (very cold). Pressing the button cycles through the levels; a discrete LED indicates the active level.

It depends on the accessory: the 3 levels cover a range from around 25°C in gentle (vest) up to 25°C in intense (scarf, gloves). The shawl and poncho heat between ~35 and 55°C. In all cases, the heat remains gentle and constant – never hot – and you change levels with a simple press of the button.

Located in strategic areas — this is what allows such autonomy. The heat then spreads naturally throughout the body, just like when you put a hot water bottle on your back.

Yes. Vest, scarf and shawl are designed in warm materials by themselves. Active heating is additional comfort that you activate when you need it.

No — and that's intentional: each accessory works with any standard 5V USB external battery, the one you already have at home for example. There La Frisquette battery 10,000 mAh is available for €29 (instead of €39) if you want ours, compact and designed to fit in dedicated pockets.

With a 10,000 mAh battery: several hours of heat depending on the accessory and the level chosen — up to 1 to ~6 hours at a low level on the scarf or gloves, ~5 hours on the vest at a high level. In actual use, most of our clients alternate levels throughout the day and easily last from morning to evening.

On any USB port: computer, telephone wall socket, cigarette lighter, etc. Allow a few hours for a complete charge.

Yes, any standard 5V USB battery will work. A larger battery will increase autonomy, a smaller one will reduce it.

It weighs 200 g (like a smartphone) and fits in the pocket provided for this purpose on each accessory. Our testers confirm that we forget it after a few minutes.

Always remove the battery before cleaning. Vest, scarf and shawl: gentle wash at 30°, air dry flat. Gloves and hand warmers: surface clean with a damp cloth. No tumble drying, bleaching or dry cleaning.

It’s happening! Leave it to dry for 48 hours in the open air without plugging it in again. If it no longer works, contact us : the warranty covers a first incident of this type.

Yes. Our accessories operate at very low voltage 5 V — identical to a charging phone. The temperature can never exceed the chosen level: gentle and constant heat, never burning.

Yes. The low voltage does not fear humidity and the gloves are waterproof. Only complete immersion should be avoided — as with any electronic accessory, basically.

As a precaution, people with a pacemaker or an active medical implant, as well as pregnant women, should seek the advice of their doctor before use — as with any heating device worn close to the body.
