3. Shelf life
- Order data: legal accounting period (10 years).
- Prospect / newsletter: until 0⟧unsubscription, or 3 years without interaction.
- Contact requests: 12 months.
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
4. Recipients and subcontractors
Your data is never sold. They are shared only with essential service providers: carriers (Colissimo and international partners), payment providers, emailing tool and host (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus) — all bound by confidentiality commitments in compliance with the GDPR.
