Free returns for 30 days
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind, size or color:
- Write to us via the page Contact (subject “Return or exchange”) with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Return the product complete (with battery and accessories), clean and unworn beyond the time of fitting.
- Full refund within 5 working days of receipt, to your original payment method — or exchange shipped immediately.
2-year warranty on the entire heating system
The heating system and the battery are guaranteed for 2 years, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity. Breakdown, area that no longer heats, capricious button, battery that no longer holds a charge? We repair or replace, free of charge.

The (rare) limits
- Accidental damage (stains, tears, battery repeatedly put in the washing machine) is covered by classic after-sales service - but write to us anyway, we always find a solution.
Why are we so serene?
Because less than 2% of our products come back to us. When we have spent 18 months testing each prototype on 40 volunteers, we know what we are selling — and we accept it.
