{"id":65,"date":"2026-09-05T23:45:32","date_gmt":"2026-09-05T21:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lafrisquette.fr\/cgv\/"},"modified":"2026-09-06T00:04:16","modified_gmt":"2026-09-05T22:04:16","slug":"cgv","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lafrisquette.fr\/en\/cgv\/","title":{"rendered":"General Conditions of Sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Last updated: September 5, 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Preamble \u2014 Identification of the seller<\/h2>\n<p>These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern the sales of heated dresses, heated vests and heated accessories offered on the site lafrisquette.fr (hereinafter \u201cthe Site\u201d), brand \u201cLa Frisquette\u201d operated by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sun Shades<\/strong>, SAS with share capital of \u20ac100.00<\/li>\n<li><strong>SIREN<\/strong> : 938 427 952 \u2014 <strong>SIRET (seat)<\/strong> : 938 427 952 00016<\/li>\n<li><strong>Head office<\/strong> : 61 Rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris 12th Arrondissement, France<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-mail<\/strong> : <a href=\"mailto:sunshades.co@gmail.com\">sunshades.co@gmail.com<\/a> \u2014 <strong>Phone<\/strong> : +33 6 32 32 64 21<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intracommunity VAT number<\/strong> : currently being allocated to the tax service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>hereinafter \u201cLa Frisquette\u201d or \u201cthe Seller\u201d, and any adult natural person making a purchase (hereinafter \u201cthe Customer\u201d).<\/p>\n<h2>Article 1 \u2014 Purpose<\/h2>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of the products offered on the Site. Any order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 2 \u2014 Products<\/h2>\n<p>The products offered are heated clothing and accessories equipped with a low voltage heating system (5 V or 7.4 V) and a USB battery. The essential characteristics (composition, temperature levels, autonomy, maintenance) are described on each product sheet. The photographs and visuals are presented for illustrative purposes.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 3 \u2014 Price<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (20% French VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed before validation of the order: free from \u20ac89 of 0\u27e7purchase in mainland France and from \u20ac119 of 1\u27e7purchase in the United States, otherwise according to the current grid presented on the page <a href=\"\/en\/livraison-retours\/\">Delivery &amp; Returns<\/a>. La Frisquette reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is that displayed at the time of the order.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 4 \u2014 Order<\/h2>\n<p>The Customer validates his order after checking the contents of his basket. The order becomes firm upon confirmation of payment. A summary confirmation email is sent to the Customer. La Frisquette reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or order placed in bad faith.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 5 \u2014 Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment is made online, securely, using the payment methods offered on the Site at the time of the order. Payment in 3 installments free of charge can be offered from \u20ac100 of purchase via a split payment partner, subject to acceptance of the file by this partner. The debit is made upon validation of the order.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 6 \u2014 Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are processed and sent to the carrier within 24 to 48 working hours. The delivery time then depends on the carrier's routing: tracked delivery in mainland France, and 7 to 14 working days for the United States (international tracked delivery; generally no customs duties under $800 of purchase). In the event of a delay of more than 7 days on the announced date, the Customer may cancel his order and receive a full refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 7 \u2014 Right of withdrawal and 30-day guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal. La Frisquette voluntarily extends this period to 30 days as part of its free return commercial guarantee, detailed on the page <a href=\"\/en\/garantie\/\">&amp; returns guarantee<\/a>. Returns are free; reimbursement occurs within 5 working days after receipt of the returned product.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 8 \u2014 Legal guarantees<\/h2>\n<p>The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of non-compliance, the Customer can choose between repair and replacement of the product; in the event of a hidden defect, between reimbursement of the price or conservation of the product against partial reimbursement.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 9 \u2014 Safety and precautions for use<\/h2>\n<p>The heating products operate at very low voltage and are CE certified. The Customer undertakes to respect the instructions for use and maintenance provided with the product (removal of the battery before washing, cycle 30\u00b0 maximum, no tumble dryer). People with active medical implants and pregnant women are advised to consult their doctor before use.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 10 \u2014 Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>The data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our <a href=\"\/en\/confidentialite\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n<h2>Article 11 \u2014 Mediation and litigation<\/h2>\n<p>In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact customer service (<a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact<\/a>), who undertakes to respond within 24 working hours. In the absence of an amicable solution, the Customer can use the consumer mediation system provided for in articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code free of charge; the contact details of the selected mediator will be communicated to the Client upon simple request to <a href=\"mailto:sunshades.co@gmail.com\">sunshades.co@gmail.com<\/a>. The Customer can also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr).
